Anti Wrinkle injections are the most common procedure used in Cosmetics. The treatment is a simple Non-Surgical procedure. Treatment takes just 10 minutes and the effects can last from 2 – 6 months. The full effect can be seen in 1 – 3 weeks. The practitioner injects small amounts of product using a very fine needle into the specific facial muscles. A treatment with an injectable muscle relaxant does not add any volume and therefore a deeper line or fold will still be visible.

Muscle relaxants are formed of a substance called botulinum toxin, which is injected into the skin to relax the muscles. Over time the repetitive action of frowning, squinting and raising the eyebrows cause wrinkles on the face. After the injections, the muscles become relaxed so that you can’t contract them to pull facial expressions, and over time, repetitive injections gradually smooth lines and prevent wrinkles from forming again.
